After meeting at the agreed location, customers will be welcomed into our small but cosy apartment. We will greet them and then head to the terrace, where the activity will take place. There will be a brief presentation of the product we are going to make, its history, how it has evolved over time, and how we usually consume it. We will then explain the ingredients and how we prepare it. The customer will do the work under our guidance, from weighing and mixing the ingredients to shaping the dough into baking tins. Once ready, we will taste the delicacy with a range of drinks available. If the customer so wishes and is over 18 years of age, we can accompany it with a Port wine; for the rest, we will have water and soft drinks. It will be a very fun class.
