    After collecting your tickets, maps and visitor information, you will travel independently to Neuschwanstein Castle by car, local bus, bicycle or on foot.

    Your reserved castle entry time depends on the ticket collection time you select:

    09:30 ticket collection → 11:35 Neuschwanstein Castle entry
    11:45 ticket collection → 14:05 Neuschwanstein Castle entry

    Please arrive at the castle entrance at least 10 minutes before your reserved entry time.

    Your Neuschwanstein Castle Visit

    Your visit inside Neuschwanstein Castle lasts approximately 1 hour and includes:

    Access through the castle courtyards
    The official audio-guided castle tour (approximately 30 minutes)
    Access to the historic kitchen
    Access to the panoramic balcony after the tour

    The 1-hour duration refers only to the time spent inside the castle. Travel time between Füssen and Neuschwanstein Castle and the time between ticket collection and castle entry are not included in the activity duration.
