The Broadway Comedy Club is a staple of the New York City comedy scene, located in the heart of the Theatre District near Times Square. It is known for its intimate, classic NYC underground vibe and a consistent rotation of both rising stars and established headliners. The club features two distinct showrooms (the Main Room and the Red Room) that offer an “up-close” experience. It’s unpretentious, high-energy, and serves as a training ground for comics seen on Netflix, Comedy Central, and HBO. Shows typically feature a “showcase” format with 4–6 comedians per set. You’ll often find surprise “drop-ins” from major headliners testing out new material.
