    Using your own mini-still and workstation, you'll select from a wide range of botanicals and ingredients before distilling your own personalised recipe. Whether you prefer a classic juniper-forward gin, a fruity botanical blend, or a rich and warming spiced rum, you'll create a bottle designed around your own preferences.

    Enjoy a welcome drink upon arrival, additional tastings throughout the academy, and a second drink while your spirit is being crafted. At the end of the experience, you'll leave with a full bottle of your own handmade spirit to enjoy at home.
