Organised at a local home, our half day cooking class was created to bring you a closer look and taste to Vietnamese cuisines, made by you.

Timetable: 10AM - 2PM or 3PM - 7PM

Duration: 4 - 5 hours, including pick up and drop off

Itinerary:

Pick up from your hotel
Arrive at the kitchen to start. Mum will show you how to catch crabs and shrimps with bamboo traps, using a small boat
Break time for Vietnamese tea and sweet potatoes, just like real Viet farmers
Learn to plough and plant vegetables with Mum.
Learn to make chicken coops (Optional, depending on the weather)
Wash your hands and try cooking Viet dishes from the shimps and crabs you caught. Have a delicious meal made by you
Relax and do some fishing
End the class with fresh local herbal tea
Return to your hotel
