DAY 1:
Pick up from Hotel 8:00 - 8:45 Dive to nong khiaw Your Experience Adventure Tour is a 2 hour trek. 14:00 PM Start: Meet at the office or take a tuk tuk to pick you up from your guesthouse. Then drop off at the starting point and hikng up to the summit with your local tour guide. On your journey you will pass bamboo bridges, banana forests and deep into the jungle halfway to the top of the mountain to rest. After that, continue your hike at 4:30 or 5:00 PM to reach the top of the
mountain.
Day 2: Wake up for sunrise and witness the breathtaking views over the sea of clouds. Enjoy breakfast and coffee before descending back to Nong Khiaw for a 8:30 AM arrival.

Next, cruise in a traditional long boat for 1.5 hours up the scenic and peaceful Nam Ou River on your way to Muang Ngoi village. The scenery along the way will give you a sense of tranquility as you pass animals swimming and villagers fishing and going about their daily routines.

Your guide will take you to a historic cave and Phanoi viewpoint to experience the breathtaking views over the village and the Ou River. You will also have time to explore Muang Ngoi, a blissfully remote village only reachable by boat, before your next destination.

The boat will then take you to Sopkong Village, a Khmu farming village, to trek another hour through rice paddies, jungle, and sloping hills. Lunch will be provided at the That Mok waterfall where you can swim in a natural pool and relax.

After walking back to the river, have a safety briefing and intro to kayaking by the riverside. Then, kayak for an hour, taking in the spectacular views of bird species, water buffalos, fishermen, and rolling hills of dense jungle which border the stunning Ou River. Return to Nong Khiaw around 4:30 PM.
