Experience the Arctic night on a small-group Northern Lights hunt from Kemi, Finnish Lapland.
Meet your local Arctic driver-guide in Kemi and travel through the winter landscapes of Sea Lapland in search of the Northern Lights. Rather than following a fixed route, the evening is adapted according to current weather conditions, cloud cover and aurora activity.
Your driver-guide monitors the conditions and selects suitable viewing locations away from artificial lights, with the aim of finding clearer skies and good conditions for observing the Aurora Borealis.
During the journey, learn about the Northern Lights, Arctic nature and life in Finnish Lapland. Your driver-guide can also help you find suitable settings for photographing the Northern Lights with your own mobile phone or camera.
At a suitable viewing location, enjoy warm drinks and a small snack while experiencing the peaceful surroundings of the Arctic night.
Digital photos taken by your driver-guide during the experience can be shared with guests when available.
This is a shared small-group experience with a maximum of 8 participants. Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and sightings cannot be guaranteed. The route and viewing locations are adapted to the conditions during the evening.
After approximately three hours, return to the meeting point in Kemi.
