Upon arriving at the class, participants are warmly welcomed with a delicious northern Thai chilli dipping sauce served with a variety of local fried snacks, which they get to fry themselves. Afterwards, a refreshing herbal drink is served to complement the flavours. During the class, participants learn to cook both the original and easy versions of the famous dish, Khao Soi. The menu changes each day, giving participants the chance to cook a variety of popular Thai dishes such as: Pad Thai Papaya Salad Stir-fried rice noodles with soya sauce Stir-fried chicken with holy basil At the end of the class, participants get to make traditional Thai desserts, including: Banana in coconut milk Sweet sticky rice with Longan The class finishes with a fun tasting session, where everyone enjoys the dishes they’ve prepared. As an added bonus, after the class we offer take-home, FDA-approved local ingredients such as Khao Soi and Hung Lei curry paste, so participants can easily recreate their favourite dishes at home and continue their culinary journey.
