This is the shortest version of our experiences: in approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, you can taste up to 10 tastes and understand the process of making traditional Oaxacan chocolate and artisan chocolate.

This experience is ideal if you don’t have much time or are more focused on knowing the cultural aspects of Oaxacan artisan chocolate. Your visit will be interesting and fun.

We will introduce you to the basic information to understand the world of cocoa and chocolate, and in addition to the tests:

– Bitter chocolate
– Semi-bitter chocolate
– Traditional chocolate
– and other ingredients

You can taste 1 to 2 drinks of your choice and learn how to prepare them at home in the traditional Oaxacan way.
