What you can expect

  • A day exploring authentic Sardinia in the Blue Zone, where longevity is the norm!

    You will walk through a striking natural canyon about 400 metres long in the heart of nature, visit unique Domus de Janas carved into the rock dating back 6,000 years, and enjoy a breathtaking panorama from a spectacular rock formation.

    You will take part in a cheese-making workshop using an ancient technique that gives the cheese a unique flavour, and you will enjoy a typical Sardinian lunch with local products surrounded by nature. An incredible setting for a lunch featuring authentic flavours of the highest quality!

    You'll taste cured meats and cheeses, handmade culurgiones, moddizzosu bread, lamb meat and typical Sardinian desserts. Cannonau, the wine of centenarians, myrtle liqueur and coffee made with a moka pot will also be served.

    A local guide will accompany you throughout the day to ensure an unforgettable experience!
