She will tell you about the typical Sardinian types of pasta made of only semolina, water and salt and reveal family recipes. With her you will prepare malloreddus and fregula , she will teach you what sauces are best to pair them with and at the end of the workshop you will enjoy these delicious dishes accompanied by a good glass of wine.

The farm was founded in 1857 and is a historical enterprise recognised by Unioncamere. The late 19th-century structure surrounded by green meadows and organic orchards has exposed stonework redeveloped according to landscape standards. Here tradition has been carried on for five generations cultivating and processing raw materials to bring them to the table for authentic sensory experiences.

Lunch includes two typical Sardinian dishes of malloreddus and fregula a glass of wine, water, bread and coffee.
