In this experience, which is perfect for both adults and children, you will be welcomed by me and my family to our country house in Ostuni, Puglia. With our guidance, you will learn to cook starters and handmade pasta, and you will also discover the tricks that make all the difference in our culinary tradition.
After the cooking class, during the food tasting, I will perform a short classical guitar concert lasting about 45–50 minutes, with a repertoire ranging from Brazilian music to works by European composers.
If possible, depending on the season, we will pick and use vegetables and fruit from our garden.
At the end of the experience, you will receive the recipes for the dishes so that you can recreate them at home whenever you want!
