Here, you’ll visit the beautifully restored Kasbah Amridil—once featured on Morocco’s 50 dirham banknote. Step inside its museum to explore the ingenuity of adobe architecture, designed to stay cool in summer and warm in winter, and learn about the traditions of life in these fortified residences.

Continue through the fragrant Valley of the Roses, arriving at Kelâat M’Gouna, the heart of Morocco’s rose-growing region. Each spring, more than 4,000 tonnes of roses are harvested here.
