Begin your adventure along the stunning coastline of Palermo, stepping aboard a classic Sorrentino gozzo — a traditional Mediterranean wooden boat — right at the historic port of La Cala, in the heart of the old city.
As you cruise past iconic landmarks such as Villa Igiea and the Palazzina dei Cinque Pizzi, the sea opens up ahead of you. Your first stop is the serene Vergine Maria beach, where you can take a refreshing swim in crystal-clear waters. Continuing along the coast, you'll reach the Roosevelt area for a second swim, before heading on to Mondello — where you'll drop anchor for an exclusive aperitif: Sicilian charcuterie, local cheeses, wine, and the sound of the waves.
The journey ends at the hidden Grotta della Regina, a secluded sea cave that makes for the perfect final stop along this breathtaking stretch of coast.
A small group, a classic boat, and the most beautiful coastline in Sicily. That's ZYZ.
