As a music curator plays a selection of vinyl records — jazz, soul, indie, ambient, house, rock and Mediterranean influences — you will be served three glasses of artisanal Sicilian wine, sourced from small independent wineries across the island.
Each wine is paired with a storey, a rhythm, and an emotion, turning the tasting into a narrative journey.

Soft lighting, a high-fidelity audio system, crystal glassware, and a “secret spot” atmosphere create a warm, cinematic environment in the centre of Palermo.
