Step into the warm, vibrant kitchen of our local instructor Winnie and discover the soul of Panama, one mojito, one storey, and one dish at a time.

This is more than a cooking class. It’s a joyful, boozy dinner party in a local home, where strangers become friends and flavours become memories.

As the minty mojitos start flowing (they’re bottomless!), you’ll roll up your sleeves and dive into Panama’s most beloved dishes, or simply sip and watch the magic unfold.

Under Winnie’s warm guidance, you'll explore 10 authentic recipes, from melt-in-your-mouth carimañolas to fresh ceviche, creamy cassava, sweet pineapple rice pudding, and more. Each bite comes with its own storey, each sip with a smile.
