The workshop kicks off with a chat with the chef, along with hot or cold drinks and a snack, so everyone can get to know each other.
Your recipe file and apron are waiting for you; the chef will guide you through each step, as you create our Chef's iconic recipes together in a participatory and gourmet atmosphere.
At the end of the workshop, you'll enjoy the dishes you've prepared together around a convivial table, accompanied by a glass of wine to taste. You'll then leave with your École Ducasse Paris Studio apron, your recipe file, a diploma signed by chef Alain Ducasse, and new skills on the secrets of good cooking.
