  • You must bring a valid passport or EU-issued identification card, and a visa if required.
  • Please note that there is a 1-hour time difference between London and Paris.
  • Meet the Premium Tours representative at St. Pancras International Station, in front of Le Pain Quotidien Coffee Shop at the check-in time stated below
  • On some occasions the train time may change. In this case the customer will be informed of the revised check-in time after booking.
  • For those who selected lunch option: In the unlikely event that we are unable to access the Eiffel Tower, lunch will be provided on the Seine River cruise or at the bistro by the Eiffel Tower.
  • Check-in time: Mon - Fri: 6am & Sat: 5.30am
  • Eiffel Tower Security Check - Those who select the Eiffel Tower lunch option must pass through two security screenings, including metal detectors and a mandatory bag inspection. If you are unable to go through metal detectors, please bring a medical note with you.
  • Louvre stop: As the arrival time and duration may vary due to traffic conditions, we advise against booking Louvre entry tickets independently.
  • In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
