Parque das Aves is a private park founded in 1994 and which became an Integrated Conservation Centre for Atlantic Forest Species in 2017. It has 1500 birds, of more than 150 species, and about 54% of the birds have been rescued from bad treatment and trafficking. The Park is also home to the largest macaw flight nursery in the world. It is just one of the spaces where the visitor can enter and enjoy the birds up close and in freedom. It is still possible to admire reptiles of various species, such as snakes, iguanas, alligators, in addition to the butterfly garden, which is also an attraction that arouses different emotions.
