What you can expect

In the production area of La Vereda restaurant, we find the ideal setting to connect with the cuisine of southern Colombia, exploring traditional and reinterpreted recipes to bring them back to life,
customs and the connection with food, nutrition, and culture.
The master class is led by the chef, and the aim is to hold a participatory cooking session where a local recipe is shared over a 2-hour period. Topics include:
