Our experience on the Path of the Gods begins by car to reach Bomerano – Agerola.
I'll give you a meeting place based on your accommodation to offer you a transfer service. The car journey takes about 1 hour (the duration varies depending on where you're staying and the traffic at the time). During the car journey, you'll have the chance to get to know other towns on the Amalfi Coast.
Once in Bomerano, we'll start our journey, a trip that takes us to an enchanted world, a path suspended between sky and sea where the gaze meets the horizon, where nature reveals its majestic beauty, our eyes will be lost among the colours of the flora and the wonder of meeting a peregrine falcon. Every step is an emotion, every look a work of art.
A place where fatigue turns into joy and gratitude, a path that connects us with history, mythology, and coastal legends.
Stone-built terraces, farmhouses, rock ruins and ancient mule tracks, vineyards and lemon groves characterise this landscape.
Along the way, you'll meet locals, a few farmers with their mules returning with loads of wood or the seasonal harvest, and you can't miss the goats of the shepherd of the Gods.
At the end of our itinerary, we'll stop for a picnic to discover ancient flavours and delight you with local products and dishes made according to our farming and breeding traditions.
The route is about 7 km long with an uphill elevation gain of 350m and a downhill one of 250m, a path overlooking the sea with stretches of forest, a more rocky and dirt path. I recommend wearing shoes with non-slip soles and comfortable layered clothing according to the season.
The trail connects Bomerano to Nocelle (a hamlet of Positano). You can either reach Nocelle or return to Bomerano to pick up the car (depending on the route you choose, the location of our picnic will also be different).
I'm looking forward to sharing this experience with you, filled with unique emotions and a joyful day in connection with nature! Book this experience and you won't regret it.
