  • Discover an artisan distillery in the heart of Oltrepò Pavese. Start the experience with a welcome toast, enjoying a glass of organic Classic Method Blanc de Noir sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Visit the distillery, the area where our liqueurs are produced, and let yourself be guided through a tasting of 3 Mafalda cocktails paired with a selection of Vecchio Varzi cured meats, including Varzi PDO salami, Barbera salami, coppa, and pancetta with Micca di Stradella (a traditional bread that is the perfect accompaniment to fully savour the products of Oltrepò's local cuisine).
