Join a surf lesson in Peniche designed for all ages and skill levels, from first-timers to experienced surfers looking to refine technique. You’ll learn with certified, experienced instructors in a supportive environment focused on safety, confidence, and steady progression.

This is a group lesson with a maximum of 5 students per coach, so you still get plenty of individual attention. Your instructor will assess your level and the sea conditions, then tailor tips to help you progress at your own pace—whether that means mastering the basics (stance, paddling, pop-up, balance) or improving timing, positioning, and wave reading.

Your session includes the essential equipment, and you’ll head to the best nearby spot based on the day’s conditions. After a beach briefing, you’ll practice techniques on land, then take them into the water with ongoing coaching and real-time corrections. The focus is on building good habits you can carry into future sessions.

Before you go, you’ll contact the provider to confirm the lesson time, which may change depending on wave conditions and your surf level. With transfers within the Peniche area and insurance included, you can concentrate on what matters most: catching waves and enjoying the ride.
