Your adventure begins in the charming town of Përmet, known for its relaxed atmosphere, traditional culture, and beautiful mountain surroundings. After a short briefing and bike fitting, you’ll start pedaling towards the breathtaking valley of the Vjosa River, one of Europe’s last wild and free-flowing rivers.

Following quiet country roads and scenic trails, you’ll ride alongside the crystal-clear waters of the Vjosa while enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and lush landscapes. Along the way, you’ll pass small farms, olive groves, and traditional villages where life moves at a slower pace, offering a glimpse into authentic rural Albania.

The route includes several beautiful viewpoints and natural riverbanks where you can stop for photos, rest, and take in the peaceful atmosphere of this protected natural area. Depending on the season, you may also see local wildlife and colourful wildflowers growing along the river valley.

As the ride continues, you’ll explore different sections of the valley, sometimes cycling right next to the river and other times climbing gently for spectacular views of the landscape. The experience is designed to be enjoyable and accessible, combining light adventure with moments to appreciate the untouched beauty of the region.
