Together, we will purchase the fresh ingredients needed to prepare the authentic Peruvian dishes of your choice. Under the guidance of our professional chefs, you will learn essential culinary techniques and the secrets of Peruvian gastronomy in our well-equipped kitchen studio. Best of all, any of the three options can be easily adapted to accommodate vegetarian or vegan diets.

    It's also important to note that our company is committed to supporting our nonprofit sister organisation, Reciprocity NGO. The profits generated from our tours enable Reciprocity NGO to implement social projects aimed at improving the quality of life for communities living below the poverty line.

Here, you will learn about the various vegetables, exotic fruits, and groceries produced in Peru. Additionally, your tour guide and chef will introduce you to the fresh ingredients needed for the preparation of the dishes. Get ready to experience a truly authentic local market!
