The best ingredients will be provided for all Experiences. During the preparation, you can enjoy our wine produced in Sestri Levante. Water is included. You will receive a "Chef" diploma with the old recipes and all the secrets to have fun with family or friends. You will receive the photos as a souvenir.
PESTO EXPERIENCE - You will have the original Genoese mortar made of Carrara marble to prepare the Pesto. You'll enjoy your Pesto at its best with traditional bread.
PASTA EXPERIENCE - You will have everything you need to prepare traditional Genoese pasta. Traditional sauces will be provided. The best table will be reserved for you to enjoy the freshly prepared pasta.
WINE EXPERIENCE - We will serve you three selected local wines and describe their characteristics. Our chefs will prepare local specialities for you that are not always on the restaurant menu, selected and prepared for the occasion.

PESTO EXPERIENCE - Lunch or dinner are not included. It is possible to arrange an experience that also includes lunch or dinner.

WINE EXPERIENCE - The Wine Experience includes wine and a full tasting itinerary. Includes coffee, dessert, and liqueur. Any requested extras are not included.

What you can expect

PESTO EXPERIENCE - Let's prepare Pesto together… let's tell each other stories with the scent of basil in the air, accompanied by a good glass of local wine. You will learn how to use the Ancient Genoese Mortar for the preparations, the origin of our Basil, and a bit of history. I'll tell you about the traditional products. Once the Pesto is prepared, we will spend some time savouring it together. The recipe is the same, but your Pesto will be unique. An authentic experience. You will receive the “Chef del Pesto” Diploma and the Ancient Recipe with the secrets to preparing a great dish of “Trofie with Pesto”

PASTA EXPERIENCE - Contact us and book the Pasta Making Experience. The experience includes the reservation of the best table to enjoy freshly made pasta.
