- Infants under 1 year old cannot be accommodated
- All speed boat tours are prohibited for pregnant women. Our staff can refuse to take you on tour without refund if you are pregnant.
- The tour programme is subject to flexibility due to weather and sea conditions. If we are unable to visit any of the tour itinerary points due to safety risks from weather or sea conditions, no partial refund will be provided.
- If it rains the tour takes place. The tour can be cancelled if there are big waves and there is restrictions from marine police announced.
- Maya Bay is closed annual from 1 August until October 1
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
