This workshop offers a fully hands-on and immersive experience centred on Cambodian chocolate. Participants don’t just watch or taste — they create their own personalised chocolate bar from start to finish, guided by professional chocolatiers.
The chocolate is made from locally grown Cambodian cacao and customised with authentic local ingredients such as Kampot pepper, Kep sea salt, and Mondulkiri cashews.
Each guest leaves with a one-of-a-kind chocolate bar, along with a deeper understanding of artisanal chocolate-making and Cambodian craftsmanship — a creative, authentic, and memorable experience.
