- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Not recommended for travellers with spinal injuries
- Not recommended for pregnant travellers
- Not recommended for travellers with poor cardiovascular health
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Drivers must be 15+; passengers must be 5+ (book a Child ticket) and are not permitted to drive.
- Passengers cannot drive; all riders must be in good physical/mental health.
- No alcohol/drugs before or during the activity.
- Zipline: Not recommended over 120 kg body weight.
- Seniors 70+: participation not recommended due to activity intensity.
- Follow guide/instructor instructions at all times for safety.
- Operator may stop unsafe or disrespectful behaviour with no refund.
- If the tour is cancelled by us, we’ll offer a new date/alternative tour/full refund.
- Big Buddha interior temporarily closed; exterior viewpoints remain open.
- Small-group experience: maximum 10 travellers per departure.
