Know before you book
- Children 3 and younger are not allowed.
- You must be at least 16 years old to drive. Collision insurance is mandatory for drivers 17 and younger.
- If you have back, neck, joint, or muscular problems, you should carefully consider whether to participate.
- Due to safety international laws, local operator reserves the right to refuse the service to people under the influence of alcohol/drugs/controlled substances.
- Collision insurance of 50USD per UTV is mandatory.
- An additional surcharge for park admission fee of 20USD per person is payable in cash on the day of your activity.
- Hotel pickup is available from most centrally located Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo hotels. If your hotel is outside coverage you will be asked to meet the tour at a designated meeting point or nearby location. You will confirm your exact departure time with the local tour operator.
- Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time.
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
