Next, participants perform a series of yoga and Pilates poses suitable for all levels, with a focus on alignment and relaxation. The sound of the waves and the sea breeze create a serene atmosphere, perfect for reconnecting with yourself and enjoying the unique natural setting.
A glass of tea will round off the session.
