Begin your adventure in Porto and take a public bus to Arouca. This public transport option is affordable, economical, and environmentally sustainable, allowing you to travel comfortably while reducing your carbon footprint on your way to the Arouca Geopark.
For your peace of mind, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances that prevent the transport from taking place, a full refund is guaranteed, ensuring you can book with complete confidence.

Meet your guide in Arouca and travel to the village of Espiunca, right next to the Paiva Walkways, where your activity will begin.

In this Discovery option, recommended for those who are looking for a deep contact with nature without great emotions, as well as families or groups with young children from 6 years old, you will get to experience rafting in the “less” brave waters of the Paiva River. Come and join us for this rafting experience in Portugal.

Get equipped with high-quality, certified equipment, including a helmet, neoprene suit, and life jacket. No prior experience is necessary, and before the activity begins, your guide will explain all the technical and safety procedures through a safety briefing and a technical demonstration.

Then, get on the boat and head into the water. Spend about two hours enjoying pure fun, with moments of high adrenaline, games, and contemplation of nature. After the activity, opt for a lunch of typical cuisine, upon request.

Make a reservation at a local restaurant, where you will have the opportunity to taste the traditional Arouquesa Roast Veal (vegetarian and vegan options available). After lunch, enjoy the traditional convent sweets of Arouca, next to its place of origin, the Monastery of Santa Maria de Arouca, before beginning your return to Porto.
