What you can expect

An experience for all fans or simply curious about typical Sardinian recipes: a laboratory of fresh pasta in Porto Torres, in the kitchens of a real restaurant! You will discover how to prepare symbolic dishes of Sardinia: the “culurgiones ogliastrini”, “maccarones de busa” and Sardinian gnocchi. Your teachers for a day will be Simona and Annarita, who carry on the regional traditions inherited from generations and generations. A laboratory that will be created according to your level of preparation, where you can learn the basics to repeat at home. It starts with a well-come breakfast and ends with a nice taste and taking away the product. Finally, if you want, you can stay for a well-deserved lunch!

Programme:

  • Arrival at the estate at 9:00 am
  • Welcome breakfast
  • Start of the course at 9.30 am
  • End of the course at 12:30 am

The aim of the workshop is to tell and teach participants the realisation of Sardinian handicraft pasta:

  • Culurgiones ogliastrini
  • Maccarones de busa
  • Gnocchi sardi

Being three traditional pasta processes, about 45 minutes will be dedicated per type.

Each participant will take home everything they have produced.
