Upon arrival, learn about the whole treatment from a spa assistant. Get yourself a changing room with lockers, along with a towel, slippers, and a sheet. That's why you don't need to bring a swimming costume. But if you have one, bring it. Divide your room into smaller spaces for groups with a sliding door, and enjoy curtains for privacy.
