Your journey through taste begins with a presentation of the SassodiSole estate. Accompanied by experts, you will visit the winery, where you will discover the fermentation techniques and the steel ageing processes that preserve the freshness of our Sangiovese.

Afterwards, you will move on to the beating heart of the winery: the barrel cellar. Here you will learn the specifics of ageing in large oak barrels, a fundamental step in the creation of great Tuscan reds.

The highlight of the tour is the guided tasting in our cosy room. You will have the privilege of tasting four versions of Brunello di Montalcino DOCG: Brunello di Montalcino DOCG SassodiSole, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG SassodiLuna, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Bruno, and Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Riserva.

The wines will be accompanied by a tasty platter of Tuscan salumi and Pecorino cheese from Pienza, as well as bruschetta topped with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fresh cherry tomatoes, and Tuscan sauce.
