Experience Crete beyond the tourist trail. This is a strictly private, personalised journey designed for those who seek authenticity, luxury, and true connection with the island’s soul. Travelling in the comfort of a premium Mercedes van, you will explore the “Holy Trinity” of Cretan gastronomy: Olive Oil, Wine, and Raki.

The Gold of Crete: Olive Oil Masterclass & Local Pairings
Our day begins at a family-owned Olive Oil Mill. This is not just a tour; it’s a sensory awakening. You will discover why Cretan Extra Virgin Olive Oil is world-renowned, learning the secrets of production from ancient times to the modern era. You’ll understand first-hand how passion and tradition preserve the nutritional values of our “liquid gold.”
To truly appreciate the flavour, your tasting is accompanied by warm artisanal bread, organic olives, and traditional Cretan rusks, allowing you to savour the oil exactly as we locals do.

Next, we head to a boutique local winery. It is said that Cretan passion can be bottled, and you will taste it in every drop. Guided by experts, you will savour 6 different indigenous wine varieties, uncovering a history that stretches back over three millennia.
This is a full sensory experience: your tasting is served with a generous platter of premium Cretan cheeses (like Graviera and Mizithra), and traditional snacks, perfectly selected to complement the unique character of each wine.

To understand the Cretan spirit, one must visit a traditional “Kazani” (Raki Distillery). This is where past and future overlap. You will learn the traditional distillation methods of our legendary spirit, Tsikoudia (Raki), in an experiential path that leads to the heart of our hospitality.
Your Raki tasting is paired with authentic “Meze”—small plates of seasonal Cretan delicacies and starters—the ultimate local interaction where tradition comes to life.
