Overview

  • It's not the usual cooking class, but a moment to share a family tradition passed down through generations: making homemade pasta, here in Puglia, orecchiette. The experience will begin with an aperitif based on local products, followed by a cooking class where Federica will teach each guest how to prepare orecchiette while chatting. The course will include a demonstration of orecchiette prepared by Federica, and you can take home the orecchiette you made and continue to enjoy them in the following days.
    N.B. We won't all eat the orecchiette prepared by each of you because fresh pasta needs at least half a day to dry before being cooked.
