Activity itinerary

Constance Harbour

Our humorous, but nevertheless very informative city tour, during which you get to know the past and the present of the historic Lake Constance metropolis, begins at the harbour in Constance. Our city guides will introduce you to the courtesan Imperia and tell you what happened during the world event of the council, which took place from 1414-1418. We continue through the picturesque centre of the old town of Constance, past imposing buildings and neat town houses, which often look back on almost 1000 years of building history. During a short tour through the Konstanz Minster, the former bishop's church, you will learn a lot of history (s) from the Konstanz past from our city guides. Our tour ends after around 2 hours at the Marktstätte in Constance. The square is located in the heart of the old town and invites you to relax in a cosy café, have a snack or stroll through the many original boutiques.
