During our private and practical cooking lesson you will learn to make delicious handmade pasta, as in the best Italian tradition! I will be happy to teach you the ancient art of handmade pasta: Tagliatelle, Ravioli, Pici, Tagliolini, Spaghetti alla Chitarra, Tortelli, Gnocchi etc.. We will prepare together two types of fresh pasta of your choice, their fillings and their accompanying sauces. At the end of the lesson, we will taste together the dishes that we have prepared during the course, sipping a good accompanying glass of wine. To make this experience unique, our country house will be romantic and special to have lunch/dinner under the pergola in the cool of the garden. At the end of the lesson, you will be provided with the recipe book containing all the recipes prepared together, with doses and ingredients. All the raw materials used come from our Country House, from our organic garden and from the farms close to us. I will prepare the necessary ingredients and provide all the equipment for the lesson. It is also possible to personalise the experience, with the preparations that are most interesting to you. I look forward to welcome you!
