Option A: The Glacier Park Summit Adventure
Take the park shuttle to the base of the Great Cable Car. Ascend in an enclosed cabin to the Glacier Park at an elevation of 4,680 metres. Walk along the boardwalks in this majestic, snowy realm (weather permitting) for awe-inspiring close-up views of the glacier and the mountain's main peaks—a truly unforgettable high-altitude experience. Afterwards, descend to the stunning Blue Moon Valley with its crystal-clear turquoise pools. Marvel at its several terraced, crystal-clear lakes whose striking turquoise and blue hues change with the sunlight, set against a backdrop of white limestone riverbeds and lush forests. You can watch the impressive outdoor “Impression Lijiang” performance(subject to season and schedule).
Option B: The Serene Spruce Meadow Exploration
This more relaxed option takes you via cable car to Spruce Meadow (Yunshanping). Stroll on the elevated wooden plank path that winds through ancient spruce forests and opens to a tranquil alpine meadow. This vantage point offers some of the most classic and picturesque full-frame views of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain's thirteen peaks. Afterwards, explore the picturesque Blue Moon Valley.
Return Journey (Both routes include)
On the return trip to Lijiang, we will stop at the historic Baisha Ancient Town, a key part of the ancient Naxi Kingdom, to see its famous Baisha Frescoes dating back to the Ming Dynasty, before concluding your tour with a hotel drop-off.
