We’ll pass Ho’okipa Beach Park, the ‘wind sport capital,’ and spot Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles. Explore the colourful Rainbow Eucalyptus trees, drive through the Bamboo Forest, and visit the rugged Keanae Peninsula to see crashing waves, enjoy fresh banana bread, and stop by the historic Lanakila Church (built in 1856). At Pua’a Ka’a State Park, swim in refreshing freshwater pools (at your own discretion and risk) or simply relax. With pick-up and drop-off included, this is Maui’s magic at its best!"

Drive-by Pa'ia town with its rich history of plantation camps, which housed workers of the old Paia Sugar Mill.

Your first stop before your Half Day Road to Hana Adventure begins. Take a stretch and bathroom break and visit the local store for gifts, snacks and, drinks.

Ke‘anae Point

Small Hawaiian villages doing their best to live like the Hawaiians of old. Hunting pigs and growing taro, bread fruit, and Bananas are all big parts of everyday life in this small community. It’s also the site of the famous Half Way to Hana Snack stand; shave ice, fresh coconut, cold drinks and of course the Original Fresh Baked Banana Bread. The Keanae overlook and peninsula offer views of one of the largest taro farms in Hawaii.

Pua'a Ka'a State Wayside

It is fairly easy to access the waterfall from here. Some people like to take a dip in the chilly waters by the waterfall and on a hot day. Wear swim suit layered and bring change of clothes. Don't forget the towels.

This is also the Threatened Hawaiian Green Sea Turtle capital of Maui, with 200-pound turtles feeding along the shoreline and basking on the beach all day long.
