At La Melonera, travellers will discover one of the most special wine estates in the Serranía de Ronda, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, holm oaks, and beautiful countryside views. The experience usually begins with a warm welcome in the vineyard, where guests learn about the history of winemaking in Ronda. The estate is located at high altitude, between approximately 650 and 940 metres, which gives its wines a very distinctive character. During the visit, travellers will walk through the vineyards, organic garden, and olive grove before entering the winery to see the different winemaking areas. They will learn how the wines are produced, aged, and bottled, with explanations in English or Spanish. The highlight of the experience is the tasting. Guests will enjoy a selection of La Melonera’s wines, usually accompanied by Iberian ham, artisanal bread, and a tasting of the estate’s extra virgin olive oils
