Activity itinerary

Radhuspladsen
  • 20m
Town hall square is a heart of Copenhagen, a must see place. It's the arena for festivities and concerts, and the famous flee market on the weekends.
Tivoli Gardens
  • 25m
  • Admission ticket included
Tivoli Gardens is a famous amusement park and pleasure garden. The park opened on 15 August 1843 and is the second-oldest operating amusement park in the world, after Dyrehavsbakken, also in Denmark.
Stroeget
  • 30m
The Stroget in Copenhagen is one of Europe's longest pedestrian-only shopping streets. Established as a car-free zone in 1962, this shopping district stretches over a little under a mile through the heart of medieval Copenhagen and features countless boutiques and larger shops in all price ranges.
Nyhavn
  • 30m
Nyhavn means a New Harbour, is a 17th-century waterfront, canal and entertainment district, one of most distinct areas of the city. It's famous for brightly coloured 17th and early 18th century townhouses and bars, cafes and restaurants. The canal harbours many historical wooden ships, which are definitely worth seeing.
The King's New Square
  • 20m
The square was constructed in 1908. It is encircled by buildings on five sides, was paved with cobblestones in 1670, and the equestrian statue of Christian V on horseback was raised in 1688. It is the oldest equestrian statue and royal sculpture in Copenhagen.
Amalienborg Museum
  • 30m
Amalienborg is the home of the Danish royal family. It's unique because it isn't just a building, but a whole plaza, composed of the identical buildings, each named after different kings of Denmark with Friederich 5th statue in the middle. The green embankment in front of the palace complex had the great view on the contemporary Ekvipagemestervej opera theatre.
Frederiks Kirke (Marmorkirken)
  • 10m
  • Admission ticket not included
Situated in a position that allows Amalienborg to beautifully frame it, Frederiks Kirke, more commonly referenced as the Marble Church, adds to the beauty of the palatial complex. Started in 1749, the church wasn't completed until 1894 and sports the largest dome in Scandinavia and one of the largest domes in Europe.
Langelinie Park
  • 25m
Langelinie is a marina, promenade and park with a length of about 1.8 km in the centre of Copenhagen. It houses the Anglican Church of St. Alban, the Museum of the Liberation of Denmark, the restaurant Langeliniepavillonen, the fountain Gefion, a monument to the lost Danish sailors and the Little Mermaid. Langelinia is a popular place for excursions and walks.
The Little Mermaid
  • 20m
The Little Mermaid at the seashore is something you shouldn't miss. Based on Andersen's storey character, she appeared here in the beginning of the 20th century and since then had become the symbol of Copenhagen and Denmark. She's sitting on the stone not far from the castle, observing with a little sadness the wide panorama of the bay.
