We will meet at the Kite Surf Chiclana Shop where we will put on the wetsuit, pick up the board and give an explanation of the activity we are going to do. Then we will go to the beach walking about 50 metres from the meeting point. Once on the beach we will warm up for about 10 minutes, then the instructors will theoretically explain the objective of the activity, which will be to stand up in the waves with the surfboard. Practical exercises will be carried out on land with the surfboard on land for about 10 minutes. Once we have completed the theoretical and practical exercises, we will go to the water supervised by the instructors to put into practice what we previously learned on land and we will have fun catching waves with the surfboard.
