My private yoga practice is a therapy, not just a regular physical session. I use aromatherapy techniques, ayurveda, tantra, mindful eating and medicinal plants. We have the support of an agenda where we can root philosophy in your life in an organised and conscious way. No problem if you have never practised yoga. I will teach you how to connect to yogic philosophy in a practical and effective way. The first steps will be through conscious breathing, stretching and strengthening the physical body, observing the emotions, and focusing the mind on the present moment, we balance our vital energy. So we can develop a plan so that you can focus on being the best version of yourself. For experienced practitioners the plan is to evolve and deepen the practice of challenging postures and self-knowledge and acceptance for the development and expansion of consciousness.
