St Conan's Kirk

  • 30m
St Conan’s Kirk is a hidden gem hidden on the shores of Loch Awe. It is an exceptional building featuring unique architectural features, enhanced by its surroundings, with a strong sense of peace and inherent spirituality.

Kilchurn Castle

  • 15m
Next, we will stop at a viewpoint for photo opportunities of this iconic 15th century castle. Unfortunately the castle is currently closed for conservation works.

Inveraray Castle

  • 1h 30m
  • Admission ticket not included
We will take you to Inveraray Castle, home to the Clan Chief of Clan Campbell - the Duke of Argyll. (Open Thursday to Monday and closed for winter from November to March.) Alternatively, you and your group will have the opportunity to explore Inveraray town, with stunning views of Loch Fyne.

Rest and be Thankful

  • 15m
Continuing on from Loch Fyne, we will then stop at the Rest and Be Thankful viewpoint. Spanning stunning views of Glen Croe and of the old military road, this is one of the most famous viewpoints in Scotland.

Inveruglas

  • 15m
Reaching Loch Lomond - the largest loch in Scotland by surface area - we will stop at the Inveruglas viewpoint to admire the views of the loch.

The Drovers Inn

  • 30m
If you're looking for an authentic pub for lunch, there is none more so that the Drover's Inn. Founded in 1705, this Inn used to be a stopping place for the drovers (Scottish 'cowboys') who would drive the cattle from the highlands to market in the lowlands. The Drover's Inn also holds the reputation as the most haunted pub in Scotland!

Loch Tulla Viewpoint

  • 15m
This beautiful viewpoint has everything for a perfect Highlands photo: lochs, forest and mountains.

Rannoch Moor (Pass by)

We will drive by the stunning Rannoch Moor - the largest bog expanse in the UK. Many films and TV series were filmed here, including Harry Potter films.

The Three Sisters

  • 15m
Moving on to one of the main highlights of the day, we will stop over at the Three Sisters of Glencoe viewpoint. These are the most famous (and most photographed) mountains in Scotland. The valley is also steeped in history, as it was the site of the 17th century MacDonald Massacre during the Jacobite Uprisings.

Glencoe (Pass by)

Continuing on along the Glencoe Valley, we can make more stops for photos (time permitting), before we take you back to Fort William along Loch Leven and Loch Linnhe.
