The 2,5-hour tour includes a basic tasting package of a typical meal, including meat delicacies, a soup, sweet dessert, as well as a cup of tea or coffee and 1 soft drink drink. This will be enough to satisfy your hunger for original Rostock dishes, as we serve full portions, not just small samples. You will try a selected traditional dish featuring fish, beef or pork, for example Rostocker Bratwurst (Rostock-style bratwurst sausage) or Birnen, Bohnen und Speck (North German stew with potatoes, beans and bacon). For soup, you will have Tüffel un Plum (potato soup with plums and bacon) or Pomeranian duck soup. You must also try a popular sweet pudding, Rote Grutze, which originated in Rubeck.
