Driver Arrival The driver arrives at the airport at least 15 minutes before the scheduled landing time and proceeds to the designated arrivals meeting point. Guest Meet and Greet After collecting their luggage and exiting into the arrivals hall, the guest will easily identify the driver, who will be waiting at the designated meeting point holding a sign displaying the guest's name or booking reference. Introduction and Verification The driver introduces themselves, confirms the guest's identity, verifies the destination, and checks for any special requests. Luggage Assistance The driver assists the guest with their luggage and ensures that all belongings are safely loaded into the vehicle. Transfer to Destination During the journey, the driver follows the most suitable route and, if requested, provides basic information about the destination. Arrival at Destination Upon arrival, the driver unloads the luggage, assists the guest in exiting the vehicle, and courteously thanks them for using the service. Service Completion After the guest has been safely dropped off, the transfer is marked as completed and, if required, an invoice or service confirmation is issued. The car is limousine
