Overview

  • This is not just a visit to a Nubian village — it's an opportunity to experience Nubian life from the inside.
Your journey begins aboard a traditional Nubian sailboat,Along the way, you'll be accompanied by a local Nubian guide who was born and raised in the community, sharing personal stories, traditions, and insights that you won't find in guidebooks.
Unlike standard sightseeing tours, you'll be encouraged to experience the village as a guest rather than a tourist. Learn a few words and greetings from the Nubian language, discover the meaning behind colourful Nubian houses, and gain a deeper understanding of local customs, family life, and traditions.
Upon arrival, you'll visit a private Nubian home where local women will welcome you with traditional tea or coffee. Sit together, exchange stories, ask questions, and enjoy genuine conversations that create meaningful cultural connections.
    Meet Nubia Through Nubian Eyes.
