Know before you book

- You must be 18 years of age and present a valid photo ID in order to consume alcohol.
- You must be able to walk at a leisurely pace for approximately 1.5miles (2km), and be able to climb and descend stairs.
- An additional surcharge of Mandatory fees of 750MXN per traveller. (Government tax 420MXN, Tulum fee 100MXN and natural reserve 230MXN) is payable in cash on the day of your activity.
- Return transport is available from most centrally located Cancun, Playa Mujeres, Costa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya Hotels. You will confirm your exact pickup time with the local tour operator.
- Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby or meeting point 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
- Please note that as of January 2nd, 2025, Mexican federal government has imposed a new additional mandatory tax for all visitors attending Tulum Archaeological Site (Mayan Ruins). As a result, a mandatory surcharge of 750MXN pesos per passenger is payable in cash on the day of your activity.
